A. Romantic Reflections operates out of Springville, Utah. Our competitive pricing and reliable shipping procedures are unmatched in the industry.

Q. How can I pay for my orders?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Money Orders and Certified Checks. Please send all money orders and/or certified checks to G & A Enterprises 1200 East Center, Springville UT 84663 along with a copy of your invoice. To get your invoice go through the ordering process as you would if paying with credit card and select Mail/Order as your ordering method and choose the Check or Money order payment option, complete the order. You then will receive your invoice and order number.

Q. Is my order secure?
A. Yes, all orders placed on our server will be sent with a 128 bit encryption which is the same encryption that all banks use.

Q. How do you ship the products to me?
A. We use Federal Express and UPS and for P.O. Boxes or Canadian orders we use USPS.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. All returns must be made within 30 days from original purchase date. Return authorization is required by RomanticReflections.net.

It is the policy of RomanticReflections.net to accept returned merchandise under the following conditions ONLY:

  • Exchange merchandise for correct size.
  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Package damaged by carrier (MUST be noted by carrier as well).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or worn merchandise.

RomanticReflections.net reserves the right to accept or deny any and all returns.

Any merchandise that is re-shipped will incur additional shipping charges.

Q. If I have a backorder when or how will it be shipped?
A. They can be shipped out immediately when they come available or we can ship them with your next order.
